Healing the Scars of Life

“Healing the Scars of Life” is a virtual educational program series that focuses on honest self-discovery and acceptance. Healing emotional, physical and spiritual scars can be a delicate process. Fortunately, Mother Nature offers help for all the overloaded brains, stressed minds, bodies, and souls that want to give up on life.

Celtic folks hold healing rituals in a forest or meadow during their high holy days. Native Americans dance ceremonially under the stars. In China, men, women, and children visit parks every morning to practice Chi Kung or Tai Chi. Where do most folks in the United States do ritual, meditation, and dance? Sad, mostly within four walls cut off from the sky, earth, air, and nature. Reflecting in nature connects us to self, earth, and spirit – it balances life.

That is the purpose of this education series. To combine reflection, education, natural stress relief techniques, quiet reflection and meditation to help open our hearts. This process produces quite a few “ah-ha” moments that were locked up inside the soul.

Please join the next Healing the Scars of Life Series virtual session scheduled March 18, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time.

We will be using the Zoom Conferencing program to conduct the class – the beauty of this is all participants are visible can converse with each other.

Each session is recorded and will be forwarded to registered participants.

Hope to see you there!

    1. Thanks! A Shaman told me I’m here to heal the wounded of the word – to help them find peace and healing. That’s what I’m trying to do. Your kind words are “reinforcing” my path. Deb

    1. Thanks Josie! It took quite some time to release the past and allow myself to be “seen”. Miss you and Patrick. Maybe I’ll see you in the first class of “Healing the Scars of Life” Series February 4th? Hugs and love.
